For a local development, purchased 9 homes worth of appliances. Waiting 5 months for an appliance package and very little concern is being given for our incomplete appliance package. These delays have led to delays in certificate of occupancy, and have impacted clients receiving homes timely. I do not recommend Rix any longer based on their record with us.

We recently bought a stove and dishwasher from them and they work fantastically! We were greeted at the door both times and asked if we needed help. After saying what we needed he immediately knew what he had and how much is was. We weren’t pestered to buy like you are at the big home improvement stores. They didn’t try to up sell us, nothing of the sort. We were able to take our time and think about it. Also much cheaper than the big stores. 10/10 would recommend any and all appliance needs. Definitely the best appliance store around town. If you prefer a small business or supporting a small businesses definitely go here!!

We were blessed today despite the fact that our washer died mid cycle with a tub full of water. It was a terrible time to lose it, as we had two pressing medical issues going on and badly needed to wash items. Rick had the washer I have always wanted in stock and granted our big ask by delivering it the same day! Even better, within two hours the washer was delivered and installed, and I was back washing that important load. Rix appliance gets a five star rating from us!

I purchased a Samsung dryer from them 9 years ago and just purchased a refrigerator from them. The service and professionalism was great 9 years ago and still is. These folks are str8 shooters. Tell them what you need and they will advise you based on experience. More local businesses should operate this way. If you're in the market for an appliance look here before you shop at a big box store. You won't be disappointed.

This place would absolutely get a five-star rating if I could the only thing that holds back is just a stay so busy the customer service is not there but it's not their fault they're just busy because they treat you right on the price they back their product and they've been around for a long time but it's still much better than Lowe's or Home Depot I guarantee you I've been buying from this place for years my appliances in my house come from here and we've been very pleased.So let's summarize it....1. Are you looking for a good appliances that last?2. Are you looking for a company that stands behind their product?3. Are you looking for the best price you can find much much better than?I couldn't go anywhere else because it would cost me money...How important is your money to you?

Locally owned great customer service. Glad our realtor Amy Cotney referred us!!!! UPDATED: Wow! The service just kept getting better and better. Tyler and Hunter delivered the washer/dryer qnd fridge. They were afraid we may have issues with size of fridge and they explained if it didn't work there was another model similar. Their knowledge and expertise setting everything up A+++ I will never go anywhere else for appliances audio, etc!

They are the best! They ordered my appliances, delivered and installed them as soon as they received them. Their prices were so much better than anywhere in the area. So friendly and communicated so well throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them to everyone!
